On March 29 and March 30 Silver Star Mountain Resort will once again host the 3rd Annual Showdown Throwdown Hoedown, Slopestyle Shoot-Out @ The Star. Last years event went off under blue skies and a perfect course layout. This year will be off the hook with the XL lane under going a complete re-build to super size the jumps and rails to once again provide the best flowing slopestyle course in the okanagan. Don't Miss Out!

The Telus Park at Silver Star is shaping up. We have had some warm spring days that have made for some awesome photo and video days espesically on the XL jump lane. We will continue to add features and change existing ones on a day to day basis. If you haven't made it up to the star yet this year be sure to do so before winter comes and goes once again.

Well what a start to the season! We have seen it all, snow, rain, wind and sun, but now I think things have settled down and winter is taking over. The Comet Express Six Pack is up and running and The Powder Gulch opening today for everyone to check out the backside of Silver Star. Be patient with the parks cause we are still in need of a good winter storm before construction can begin, but the park crew hopes to have a product avaliable for the holiday season.

There is no way we would turn done the box from Nomis. They wanted to keep it in Whis as transportation was a bitch.
 
they wanted to have it close to get up to teh summer camp early.
 
No budget for rails is the truth holmes.

MAN u guys need to talk to "the MAN" at bigwhite. I give props to the park crew who put that stuff together but it seems like the riders are getting taken for granted. No park budget?! comon. also i hear we turned down a 30x30 nomis wallride/box cuz we dont seel nomis up here. HELP!
