Anyway I did some more research about snowboarding before I start and
once again I hear that you learn quick. GOOD...the quicker the
better. My main problems were finances and transpartation.
The financial problem is taken care of. I'm working at R Zone
(figures) at Toys R Us. Because I worked at Gamestop prior to
this, I'm catching on quite quickly. Anyway, I'll rent first,
then after my first time, I'll go gear shopping. I went to a
place called Wintersport Warehouse...that place is crazy! They
have everything I could possibally need and want there and even more
then that! In fact, they (thus solving my transpartation problem)
have this bus (blue angel or something like that) that takes you from
the back of the store to Lake Tahoe, which will most likely be where
most of my riding will be. As long as the bus ride is affordable
I will be able to go ANY TIME I WANT and will...as long as I have the
day off. I am extremely happy with what I've learned today about
all of this. Now nothing can stop me from going at last!!!
