Summer Rail Comp

Friday, July 28, 2006
On July 15th the Village of Blue Mountain hosted The Village Street Beat Festival.  Two days of everything to hit the street including live bands, DJ’s, graffiti art displays, break dancing competitions, freestyle moto-x, a mini rail comp and skateboarding comp.
A few RUSKfilm riders were there anxious to to strap in even in the blistering heat.  The setup consisted of a mini down rail and riders were casually judged as to who threw down.  After all the sweat and smelling like a barn from all the hay Andrew Rusk came out on top.  Kevin Konings took second and there was a tie for third between Jon Rusk and Matt Konings.  The Rusk and Konings brothers sweep the podium!

Thanks to Eventsing for puttin together the event and party.
The next event is on Aug 4th.
