Today I am 9241 days old.
So far in my lifetime I have peed an avg of 27,723 times....well I suppose if you add in all the times I was drrr-unk and all the times I was playing hide and seek with the neighborhood kids....it would be about 28,000.
I have pressed the snooze bar on my alarm clock about 25,649 times give or take.
There have been an estimated 3,300 tampons used in this time as well.
I have changed the oil in all five of my cars around 67 times.
I have made or received about 1.5 million phone calls.
There have been in the ballpark or 254 stories or poems I have started and have never completed.
Watched nearly 267,000 television shows.
Time it took me to do this, approximately 12.8 minutes.

"Huggy Bill"
So last weekend I go up to my summer house in New Hampshire. This is one of those places where time has stood still for eons and the pace is more like a slow crawl. It also claims to have more deer than people. There is a one room schoolhouse which educates K-8 and a lone gereral store called Coniston. Everyone here knows everyone else and there is only one cop for 4 towns, Officer Holmes, well at least it was officer Holmes when i was a kid, but he has probably since passed on.
Last friday night i made my way into town hoping that The Coniston store was still open so that i could get a can of soup or box of mac and cheese to suffice my hunger. I pulled in noticing that the shell sign overhanging the road was no lit. There were three people chatting outside and the lights were off. Climbing out of my car I knew i was too late. The clock read 8:13pm as the car door closed behind me. The people disbanded and a sweet little old man shuffled over to me with a smile on his face. "I guess i am a smidge too late huh?", i stated. "Yes you did", he replied. He looked down at my plates, "Massachusetts huh?" he said with a tinge of curiousity. "Yup, I have a place on Rocky Bound. I've been coming up here my whole life.", I conquered. He apparently felt a bond right away. After telling me he was originally from Rhode Island, he said, "What is your name?" "I am meghan." "WELL Meghan, I am Bill." And with that he leaned in and proceeded to give me a hug. Taken back I was like "Uh well it's nice to meet you too Bill." I went on saying that not too many people are this friendly where i am from. He agreed and we discussed how different things are from Croydon to Metro Boston. He also otld me all about his children and grandchildren. After finding some other connections between us he leaned in yet again for, Oh yes another hug! If he were not in his eighties I would have been running long before now. He was so sweet I felt bad being weirded out. Before he could muster up a third hug i opened my car door, yet before i had time to crawl in, he exclaimed, "It was so nice to meet you Meghan, and remember God loves you and so do i." I am not into the whole religious thing yet it was very refreshing to hear him be so human and caring. He left me with a great feeling inside for the remainder of the night. It's nice to know that there are still people out there willing to take the time to say hello and share a piece of their lives with a stranger.
