Winters in full force, been filming quite a bit. I did in my knee about 2 weeks ago and went to the Doc . He removed about 150ml of blood and fluid from my outer knee. I gotta wear a knee brace and a knee pad now which is bunk but its better than not riding for a month. Yea yea coming things. Filming in Banff . Jibfest ( its gunna be redonculas) .

So its f*ckin almost winter time. We've been pre season hockey rinkin it for roughly a month now. this season is looking to be the best . rumors of above average snowfall, mission getting a rad park set up , the 2 day jibfest , handrailers, mountain trips, handrailer trips. filming , photoGing, its all good in the hood haha.

So ive been pretty slack so far this summer. Seems like a cycle. Work all week, lake all weekend,work,lake,work,lake. I kinda let myself get outta hand so im on a pretty intense training program. Hopfully I can lose some extra baggage and get ym lungs in shape so im not huffin and puffin while hiking in the Back Country. And at the same time if im in better shape ill be less prone to injury which we all know is whats ale'd me the past 2 seasons. welp keep in touch. I have a few things for sale . AIRBLASTER, GOGGLES. Possible some BOARDS. lemme know

So the premier was good last night in Saskatoon, so i hear. Summer time pretty much. time to start getting ready for next season. So about a week ago I hurt my back while riding, I figured i tore a muscle or 3 and would be ok to giver by wednesday. Today is sunday and I am currently Un-able to walk, On anti-inflamitories, Pain killers,a nd Muscle relaxants.I go for Xrays tomorrow morning and have to wait 2 days for Results.Meanwhile I get to crawl army style to the bathroom, and sleep in a arm chair. Has anyone got anything i should know about to help?

So saturday was teh last day riding for Matthew this season. It was a gooder. Had fun. here's some Highlights.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Season Starts in September. Hockey Rink snow and Seshes two times a week on some Fun boxes.
-First big snowfall we build Big jumps and shred and have fun not worrying abotu Film.
-GOOD WOOD OPENS and is a rad shop and everyone should name theyre children after this place.
- FILM FILM FILM. Xmas and such, Preperations for jibfest.
- I take a week off work and Help witht esettign up. Terrance and I shape and design the whol upper roll in and jumps. I hit it and hurt my self.
- Contest day, i fall on every run and have teh \best time of my f*ckin life. Dwiz, Rizzy, all teh calgary superheros come and get deadly. LEmon backside overlips onto the street style hubba. Terrage 450 on tothe down rail WHATTTT.My brother gets 2nd place in am. We start to wonder about him. He got better
- Fernie was rad. Filming trip turned into a 3 day pow shred and park shrelp.I try skiing forhte 1st time ever and make it down the bunny hill. retired the skis then in my basement.

2 weekends of missions park later and its over. See u all golfing or wake shredding.i go back to school in the fall. Look for my later accomplishments soon.

We are going out to Mission on Saturday and Sunday to try to get extra shots and Ride in +13 weather on a f*ckin fun park. My part wont be that long. I have a ton of shots of me getting broke off. Look for the NWQC Travel section in TAZOE, and also the NWQCcrew's release of a "untitled" video sometime this summer. it should be 20 minutes of Chaos .

So this coming weekend im opting to not go to the Greatwestern Meltdown up near Stoon, and instead get some shots Out at mission, and this stair jump that I almost had yesterday. FILMING is not going to hot. we go to places thata re so much fun and totally forget about filming. I guess thats what snowboarding is about. pretty much have 4 weeks to get all the shots i want i think i can get it done in 2. Asessippi slopestyle on saturday. hmmm. I need jib boards ne one got ne for sale??

So i got back from BC last night. The first day we rode which jsut happened to be my birthday we rode a couple feet of fresh snow in some glades and rode off tree's. I managed to Drop Down one of the mosty intence chutes of my life. it was prolly 20 meters long and about 3 feet wide. the next two days were killer. lots of park laps lots of tree cruising a bit of filming,its hard for prairie kids to step toteh full size tables but we gotter done. Last day we did a few Laps with Brydon whom of which is really good and you can deffinitly see what living in BC all winter has done to him. All in all Good trip. Didnt drink onthe Bday so i got soem ground to make up.

of snow here right now.thought id get some park shots, but the snows so
abundents u cant tell if its a jump or a roller or a flatbar . Lets

Officially Best day ever. Sunny, Good tunes f*cking awsome set up. Good riders from across canada. I managed to stick my runs in practice all morning then fall on everything in the finals. ok so starting wednesday i am a free man for 2 weeks. what does this mean u ask. I shall tell. In 5 days we have Offaxis Jibfest. Biggest contest usually in Saskatchewan.
