Job Description
Customer Service Representative

W.L. Activewear, located in Montreal, Quebec Canada, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Rep to support our Sales team and dealers. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company!!

W.L. Activewear is the fastest growing distributor in Canada. Get in the elevator now, because we’re only going up.

This position is responsible for:

• Order Processing
• Order Entry
• Returns
• Providing excellent customer service internally and externally
• Heavy phones
Some assistance with the marketing department is also required.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual is a must! French and English
• 1-3 years experience in similar position
• Strong PC computer skills, must be proficient in outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven problem solving skills
• Able to multi task


You must be able to take charge and be able to work independently with very little hand holding. Knowledge of the actions sports industry and fashion a must.
