KakaFace has created a new forum topic Shipping Vans outside the USA???. Posted on Oct 25, 2009
Does anyone know where I can buy Vans boots from a dealer that actually can ship to Canada (besides ebay or something like that)?  Everywhere I look they say they have a contract with Vans that prevents them from shipping outside the US? blah blah bullshit!!!

KakaFace has created a new forum topic New boots, something a little stiffer.... Posted on Oct 12, 2009
Hey guys,

I'm looking to get new boots after a few years of riding the Burton Shaun Whites.  They have done me well, never had a complaint, but they are near the end of their life.  I find they are a little on the soft side and for my next pair was wanting to go a little stiffer than that.  they are rated a 6 out of 10 on Burtons scale, but I'm not too concerned about what company makes the boot I'm looking for, as long as it is a solid boot.  I do some park, but mostly just ride the mountain, no rails, only jumps.  I was looking at a few examples:

vans andreas wiig
dc journey
salomon f22
k2 t1
dc status
burton ion

let me know what you guys have as suggestions.

I will be riding these boots with a lib tech TRS and Rome 390 bindings.  I get some good flex from the bindings, but with soft boots, I feel like it takes away some response.

thanks

KakaFace has created a new forum topic TRS BTX or Skate Banana. Posted on Jun 13, 2009
Both Lib Tech boards, both Banana tech and magnetraction.

apparently the trs is a little stiffer than the banana, but what are the noticable differences between the two when riding?

I'm sure that at higher speed the trs would be better because it's stiffer, and on big landings in theory it should be better?

But what about park, what about pow (very important), what about groomers, edge to edge control?.  Which would you rather have as a board that "can do it all"?

has anyone tested both, or anything else comparable?

KakaFace has created a new forum topic 2009 Burton Malolo ICS with Burton Cartel EST.. Posted on Jan 06, 2009
I have a brand new 2009 Burton Malolo ICS (the Channel system with Brand new  Burton Cartel EST bindings.

The board is 158 cm. and the bindings are size Large (size 10+)

email me and I can send pics if you are sincerely interested.

I bought this setup because I'm going to Kicking Horse and Revelstoke for a week so I plan to use it for the week that I'm on my trip, Jan 16 to 23. after that, I have no need for it!!! As of today it has never even touched snow. After I use it I am asking $600 for both together for a brand new board.

again, I can send pics of it now and pics of it as I use it to show the condition of the board.

Thanks,

KakaFace has created a new forum topic SALE!!!! Pair of Raiden 0 bindings! Sweet..... Posted on Nov 11, 2008
Nitro Raiden 0 bindings size large (fits 9 to 11.5 according to Raiden sizing. I have a burton boot size 10.5, fits perfect).
Binding used for no more than 4 hours last season. Still in amazing condition, wanting to unload these things supercheap. They retail close to $200, so you can really score with these.

Message me if you are interested. I can email you pictures.

Hey I 'm selling a Nidecker Blade still in wrapping. Anyone who knows their stuff knows this is one of the top boards for all around riding. Won some awards as well, not that popular in North America but huge in Europe for good reason.

158 cm, black and yellow colour.
