A day that will long live in the memory of boarders and skiers in Scotland, we had more snow today at Cairngorm than at any time all season last year!
I turned up and only the train was working but I rode and rode and rode. The full area was covered, you could almost ride the trees below the car park. People were running off the train at the top, stapping in, blasting down the full mountian and running for the next train back up, amazing.

Legs like napam!

I'm trying to my BASI instructor this year. Its hard work and really expensive but I'm sure its worth it, eh? please tell me it worth it!

	sunnier climes, man.... the kingdom, glenrothes. i wouldn't bother goin' down to check it out- they won't be stockin' any of the good sht... mainly keela on the clothin' front... weird dodgy business it was indeed indeed, sah. Still, it was fun doing the sale- ended up practically giving stuff away.... you shoulda come down. £400 quid sht for half price etc. great fun. p.s. Ryan fell asleep on the train and is currently prostitutin' himself to the thurso badger brigade and dealin' in curried whelks to make the fare.

	nice, that's in scotland, right?! working for intrawest reservations. should be good seeing how i get a season's pass at whistler for it! the perks are better than the job...funny that. bloody hell, i'm gonna go shoot a dog, as much as i love dogs, this one outside won't shut up in the mornings. like what if i worked night shifts and wanted to sleep??????

	rad, sounds good! where you saving your money to go to this year? moi, in Vancouver. got a job today. hung out on the beach for the last 2 days and got tanned. my legs needs some work though. going to check out some bands tonite. got lotsa stuff on the go. i love it here. it's soo home!

	I say I'm from Victoria, but I grew up in Deep Cove out by the BC ferries. I dont plan to party too much in Glasgow as I really want to travel the Continent and a night out on the piss is not worth blowing my money on. Besides, I think I will be too busy with a couple of jobs (I hope) to party. Though I have to go out at least a couple of times, I hear it is fun in Glasgow. Good luck with the Andorra trip, you sound like a fellow adventurer! Karen

	hi! thx. andorra is the surfers paradise. lot's of surfers the whole year. i've often met guys who spend the whole winter there, riding as much as they can... and lots of english ppl there, so i dont think it'd be much difficult to get a job there... best wishes and smiles laia

	holy crap, JK, you're sharp but gettin' me mixed up with some other bird in the shop. I've only been there a month or so so wasn't the one to have called you. Workwise I'm just makin' the tea. Got to find another job asap cos I is headin' fast towards skintsville. Had to move back to parents for a while and do hard labour for a fiver an hour. At a bit of a loss, but it might just be the weather today. xx
