My Blog: Monday, January 30, 2006

 

There she is

Standing there in front of me

With that fragile smile

I would run for miles

To see that amazing smile

The kind of which emits

Pure and un-tainted rays

Rays of happiness and of Hope

But like a small flame…easily snuffed

Her fragile smile ready to break

A single tear streaks down her cheek

The sight of this makes me weak

You leave…

I stay…

Praying that I may see that smile another day.
