blah blah
went to tyrol today and it was pretty much a ghost town, there were
literally 12 people in the whole park area,the rain threat scared them
away but it didnt rain all day, which was good cause there werent any
gapers or noobs to boardslide =P the snow nice and slushy but
ridiculously slow and dirty because it was like 70, two girls were out
there ride'n 1 in a skirt and the other in shorts(hott but jailbait). i
was hitting the cbox, barnyard and the flex rail. the barnyard was so
sticky, cbox was nice and slick and the flex rail was the same =) the
jumps from last weekend were there but i didnt do'em cause my knee is
still saying no to jumps =P there was alot of talk about this being the
last weekend but they still have a good base dirty but good =P so who
knows they might open during the week or next weekend =/
went to tyrol with julie and annie, the park was changed up with some
nice jumps. annie doing double hand stiffy grabs and julie doing shifty
to avalanche =P the barnyard was sticky and i stalled on it twice, when
i did have enough speed for it acouple of times i got into a backside
lip slide and came of it and landing on my board(k2 www) tail and it
was so soft and controlable and forgiving on the ankles. later in
the day i started to work on 3s and the last one i did ended bad with
my right knee getting hyper extended or something, we made 2 more runs
after that and every1 was ready for some grumpy troll where julie drank
all the trailside wheat =P and our waitress got a very nice tip by
annie and julie!! good times!!!
saturday i met up with julie at tyrol and the temp was like 50 or 60!!
the snow was slush but not super slush. we were doing shiftys off the
jumps and they felt so good!!! the barnyard was fixed and now has
an actual landing and it felt really nice going on and off it =)
sunday i went to oshkosh,wi to get a k2www and headed down to sunburst
to meet up with julie and annie, we get there and they have a comp
going on. the park area is tow ropes and i wasnt feeling like doing tow
ropes and paying $34. we decided to go to alpine, i dont know if
they have a maintanence crew for the park or what, all the hits had
huge landing pits and it was horrible. there were alot of really nice
features and a good flow. i still hate the lifts there and would do DHs
lifts over alpine any day. the bar service is so bad that u
couldnt even get a glass of water. i would understand if the service
was slow if the place was crowded but there were only like 6 people in
there, so the waitress brings the check and annie asks for a glass of
water and the waitress says i'll be right back and never comes
back =/ i wont be going to that place anytime soon and going there
reminded me why i never go there.
went to tyrol saturday and it was pretty sweet it was all switched up
with a better park flow =) the barnyard had a 4ft gap on to
it and i almost fell in it =P but didnt lol there were all kinds of
animals coming out of the barnyard and running across the runs
lol bumped my shins on the mail box Again!! i left tyrol at
about 5 and went to DH and met up with the crew and rode the rest of
the night there without a lift ticket =) the snow was better at
DH and the DH park flow is always nice!! after riding we all went into
the bar and got alil crazy lol we had our own personalized beer
pitchers(snowboard stickers all over them)!! annie and forrest making
out all night at the bar lol next to our table there was a table
full of hot girls that were with a church group or something, tim gave
them stickers and stuff!! good times!!!
sunday we started off at a buffet of hot girls lol jk breakfast,
but there were so many hot gilrs there =O the event turn out
pretty good with spectators and riders for the comps!! tim blast out
sounds and rockin the mic!! there was good wreckage but tyrol had
better wreckage on saturday!! there was some good ripping going
on espcially this 1 lil 3ft tall kid killing on the park and pipe!!! i
wanna be that kid when i grow up =P got some more wreckage on my right
shi,(actually it was a good thing i put on the shin guards cause i
wouldve had another black hole on top of the 1 thats already there
=/ got a bruise on the right thigh and shoulder from the c-box.
its was definitly good times and we should have a mwsf every
weekend!!!!

heading up to tyrol was ridiculous the wind was blowing freaking hard.
got into madison and saw a bunch of cars with about 6ins of snow on
them, the rain turned to snow that night. got to tyrol and it was
pretty good, the snow was fast and the pow was so sweet!!! julie
trying some 3s and getting worked lol i bump my left shin again
on the long wide box, i put some snow on it to keep the swelling
and pain down =P and sunday after julie left i bumped my right shin
where the black hole is, swelled up abit no blood =P did it on the mail
box. the snow was slow and super wet the first half of the day then it
got alil better later on, good times!!!

hit up tyrol with julie and it was a pretty good day for being off for
like a month. they had some good stuff out but it wasnt set up as good
as it couldve been. the barnyard was had a 10ft drop off and it
blew out julies knees lol but she was getting it, it was kicking me off
to the right every time i went on it or off it =P the mail box on
top of the spine was fun, at first i thought it wasnt going to be
positioned right but it was, i was doing double handplant toe slides on
it lol the jump that was setup after the spine was a bad idea it
should be moved somewhere esle, people coming off the spine were right
in front of the ramp for the jump which isnt good. lots of wreckage on
rails all those kids are gonna have blackholes from it!! pdizzle showed
up late with chelly havent seen'm since last year!! i think it was the
last run that we did where julie and i almost died on the lift lol we
got on the lift chair #21 and as soon as we sat on it it started
creeking really loud so we put the bar down just in case =P the
chair creeked every time it went over the wheels on the post so we were
getting close to the top and bar started to raise and i almost pooped
myself i thought the chair had broke lol but it was julie raising
it cause we were gonna unload lol

my homies went somewhere else so i was out there representin for the
crew!! the section where they build the half pipe at was blocked
of for the rail jam, every1 was gettin crazy on the course!! i dont
know who won....oh wait i did lol =P i got some wreckage on my
other shin, it looks like a mini roller and its bleeding lol

Saturday- went to tyrol with julie and shred the park, i wrecked pretty good on the wall ride, im hurting still from that.
Sunday- met up with forrest, annie, julie and the soulriders and did
some mud shreding, it was nasty at DH, the top of the hill was a mud
pit!! we all stayed at DH and partyed, it got crazy what happens at DH
stays at DH!!!! definitly the way to start a new year!!!!!!!!
Monday- we went to tyrol and it was pretty dead which is good for us,
it was a good shred until it got all icy, our new recruite sonny was
killing every thing he hit!!

went to tyrol with julie and it was a pretty good session. the park was
set up really nice boxes, c-boxes, rails, jumps, and noob runs =p the
snow was good all day, oh and a super dooper wall ride =) the
jump that julie was hitting had a huge black hole at the bottom of the
landing it was eating up everyone that hit it. julie was hitting the
big air jump too and she said she was gonna do it again saturday!!

saturday i met up with julie and annie at tyrol and we got our
shred-on!! the snow was super dooper and the park was too, julie
showing off her 180's and annie killing the mini rainbow!! there
was some wreckage too, annie got pimp slaped by a 12 year old and then
julie pimp slaps annies board =P and my shin started bleeding lol j/k
about the shin =P after tyrol we went to grumpy troll and we shaw
the cook kick himself in the head twice!! that was cool!! then we
partyed in rockford and forrest got sick from it but still made
it to the nut!!
sunday hangovers and forrest locks himself in the washroom =P julie and
me head out and we get to chestnut at about 1pm and start the 2hour
demo process lol forrest and annie hooked us up with tickets =)
so after walking back and forth blah blah blah we finally get the gear
and shred acouple of runs. i got a flow quantum 156 with NX bindings, i
give the board a 10 out of 10, its soft easy to manuver even when
riding switch and steady at high speeds!! i've only used flow bindings
once before but they were too small for my boot, the flow i demoed felt
weird because i didnt feel any support like the support i get from my
F50's and my toes felt like they hanging off the board edge, i
didnt like that, but they werent dialed in so i really couldnt put them
to the test but i was able to work the board with a half ass setting i
did!! i give the bindings an 8 out of 10!!
so julie is turning in her burton stuff and im setting up my
bindings on the quantum and i turn around and i see forrest and annie
are there!! so after julie stops fondulaking some guys stick lol we all
go shred the end lol good times!!

yesterday was the 1st day back on the snow since all the wreckege. i
get to tyrol and julie,annie,erik and jessica are there getting ready
to take a break and julie can barely stand cause she had wrecked 3
times and 1 of them was a knee shin slide on the c box! it was cooooold
out and getting on the snice felt really good =) it was tyrols worst
park set up, they couldve made a jump or 2 and set up the barrel or
barn yard, its all good it was good times!!!

i go to the hospital to get my neck checked out cause its hurting bad,
im in the waiting room for about 5 mins then a truck pulls into the er
drive and the driver brings in a guy with no pants and underwear
and blood all over his legs and from what i saw looked like he was
holding a baby but it was half his arm that had been cut off some
how, i didnt see it if i had the altitude probably wouldve got to me
and i wouldve hooked up to the oxygen, the women behind me saw it and
got all grossed out, it was crazy. so i go in and see a doctor and he
reviews the cat scan i got the first time and tells me everything is
looking good and the neck is a tear that should heal up ok in
time and they gave me pills for the pain that just kicked in 10mins ago
and im feeling really good right now =) and i got a presc. for vicodin
=)

im on my way home from work and im like 5mins from my house so im
driving and i see a black suv swerving and its coming right at me and
the driver looses total control and gets sideways and crosses over to
my lane so i end up t-boning it at about 35mph or
more. dont remember much else i woke up in the ambulance then i past
out and woke up when i was gettin roled into the emergency room. my
right leg in between the knee and the cut i got a tyrol i had a
huge swell kinda looked like i had 2 knee caps on that leg. the left
leg i only had a small bump on the knee. the left arm is banged up,
hurts when i put weight on it and the middle finger is bruised up and
looks out of line. from the chest up is the worse i have a huge seat
belt hicky and my neck is super sore and i cant bend over without
having pain shoot up my back and get a headache. my car was totaled, my
sister took pics of it on her phone and showed me, the front end is
totally smashed in sucks cause i really like that car.

julie calls me at like 830am sunday screaming on the phone" ITS OPEN
ITS OPEN" im like half asleep still so i was like are u serious and
julies still screaming on the phone so im like ok im on my way!! julie
picks up annie in rockford and i meet them there and we all carpool to
tyrol. on the way there a turkey almost crossed the road right in front
of us lol but changed its mind lol ok so we get to tyrol and its
looking crappy but its all good cause we're gonna shred it!!! 1st
run we go up the lift come down the run and the run is crappy the
barrel hit at the top is pretty sweet =) we go back up the lift and
come down and go over to the terrain area so i go for the little box
and i get cut of so i slowed down too much went on the box trying
to frontside nose press and my edge catches my right shin wacks the end
of the box it stung but didnt feel as bad as it is so i start hiking up
for another run and half way up i feel something flowing down my leg im
think its snow that had got in but no it started to flow faster and i
get to the top lift my pant leg off the boot an di see blood and im
like mothaf*cker so i start walking down and julie and annie are hiking
up i tell'em i need first aid cause my shin is bleeding. i go into the
first aid office and no 1 is there so i start to gather supplies
to clean the wound so i uncover the shin and im like f*ck i
dont need this shi*t right now so im in the office for like 20
mins and still no 1 comes in and i didnt want touch anything cause i
had blood all over my hands so a few mins later 2 kids come in 1 of
them had injured her wrist and they look at my leg and their eyes open
up wide and i ask if they work there and they dont but they went
and got some1 for me that was cool. so the ski patrol guy starts to
clean the wound with some stuff that made feel like throwing up then it
got worse i got dizzy so i tell the guy and he gets me to sit on
a chair then my vision started to go so i tell him that and he hooks me
up to the oxygen tank after a few mins of the oxygen i was feeling
better vision was back no mire dizzyness or wanting to hurl. then i see
julie and annie at the door and theyre like wtf is going on here, by
then theres like 4 ski patrolers in the room attending to me but
really they were practing first aid on me cause they checked my
pulse 3 times, so im feeling better and im starving so by then
palidon,coco and brandon meet with us and we go to in and get some food
after that julie, annie and palidon hike the park and coco, brandon and
me do the lift. we end up at grumpy troll for dinner.
try this next time u have oxyclean and something bloody =P pore the oxyclean over the bloody area and watch the magic!!
good times!!!
