While speeding on the road may not be recommended, driving the speed limit IS expected.  If you notice a car tailgating you and the driver slamming his/her hands against the wheel while seemingly cursing, look for a speed limit sign.  It will be on your right generally in and black white.  Once you've located said sign, look at your speedometer and compare.  Chances are you're driving 10 under the limit.  Gently accelarate till you've reached the speed limit.  Remember if you're not comfortable driving faster then 30 there is a simple solution.  Have a family or friend drive you instead.  Nobody likes seeing road rage rear it's ugly head but sometimes it is necessary.  Happy driving!
