While speeding on the road may not be recommended, driving the speed limit IS expected. If you notice a car tailgating you and the driver slamming his/her hands against the wheel while seemingly cursing, look for a speed limit sign. It will be on your right generally in and black white. Once you've located said sign, look at your speedometer and compare. Chances are you're driving 10 under the limit. Gently accelarate till you've reached the speed limit. Remember if you're not comfortable driving faster then 30 there is a simple solution. Have a family or friend drive you instead. Nobody likes seeing road rage rear it's ugly head but sometimes it is necessary. Happy driving!

So my roomate got back this weekend from working on the island and she's decided to move out there. I can't say I blame her really cuz Calgary is not exactly entertaining. Anyhow that said I want to move to Vancouver more then ever but I don't have the money for it right now. Who wants to help me move to Van???

And there's nothign I can do about it.. I am sad to report that my computer died this morning approximatly around 7:15am *tear* *tear* it's been a sweel 8 or so years. But the ol' E-Machine had to kick the bucket sooner or later. The virus killed it I know it. Damn you virus makers out there, I shake my fist at all of you!
At least i can use my roomate's computer for a while. Hopefully I'll be able to buy a new computer soon. Though the bank account seems to disagree with that. Perhaps a payment plan is in order haha. We'll see.. Maybe I can get a one of those super duper hot Mac Laptops. Everyone seem to have one but me. Coco, Raw, Chrisjur.. Ooooh JC has one too!!! to name a few.. Why oh why did it have to die?? What the hell am I supposed to do without my computer??? I can't even get to my files to save them either... Terrible terrible.

So my computer is infected with this nasty nasty virus. I have to use my roomate's computer till mine gets fixed. I am dying of boredom without my computer tho. A geek needs his/her internet like a plant needs water. So far, I've downloaded a bunch of anti virus such as AVG, Stop Sign, Housecall (tanks Joe) and I am now tryign Avast. I've been trying to fight thisthing for like 4 days now. I'm bored and I've been resorting to more old school geeky activities such as making puzzles to fill in my time.
Seriously tho I don't get the point of making viruses. Thankfully I don't have anything important on my computer but some people/companies lose so much time and info and money due to these viruses and all because some 13 year old can't be bother to leave the house for an hour. If I was the internet people and I caught people making viruses I would find a way to ban them from using computers for the rest of their lives. If they can't be responsible enough to use a computer then they shouldn't be using them. How is screwing up someone computer a form of entertainment. Maybe virus makers should have a real virus injected in them. Tit for tat kinda thing. Is that too harsh???
Urgh I'm so so bored right now. Calgary is great and all but I don't know anyone and it sucks. I can't wait to move to BC where I'll know people and have stuff to do. At least if it were winter I could go riding and stuff. I hate being bored.
I am so glad that soccer is over. Because of it I had to drive at night in lightning, hail, and thunder. Not seeing where the road is always makes me a little nervous. Anyhow all that to say that soccer is soooo boring. Watching tv in general is boring actually. Why are people so into it?
ok so apparently explanations are needed. I drove to Whistler with a couple of friends this weekend and on Sunday while driving back we just HAD to stop in this 5 house village somewhere so the girls could watch their precious soccer game. 2 HOURS i was stuck at this dive that smelled like pee and wait for that game to be over. Had we not stopped there I might've been able to avoid the storm or if not then I would've driven through it in day light instead of night time.

So another great weekend in Whistler was had. Driving through the mountains was so a wonderfull experience altho going through Roger's Pass in a storm was not my favorite part of the weekend. Thanks Joe and Steve for putting up with me for the weekend. Riding with you two was awesome. I think I may have to move to whistler for the next season if my financial situation permits it. I'm sure I'll end up there again at some point this summer.
Well I liked Whistler so much that I decided to road trip there again between May 5 and 7th! A friend of mine from back home decided to come visit me and I just HAVE to show her how wonderful the west coast is, starting with Whistler of course. Hope to see some of you out there :D

ok so I just got back form the Telus festival and after seeing how beautiful Vancouver and Whistler are I want to move yet again. Who wants to buy me a house in Vancouver??? Whistler will do too, I'm not too picky.

Otay so I suppose it's about time I update this portion of my profile. I've been neglectful of ab.com lately but I'm somewhat back :D Anyhow Calgary is fabulous. Went riding at Sunshine and Lake Louise and it's quite the justification for moving out west.
