Newb carving question..

Just started carving for the first time today and as I read up on a lot of things, I'm basically kicking out my back foot to carve and pivot on the front foot instead of using the board edges..but once in a while I do do it the right way, but I can either do it using my body (cross over) or just my legs (cross under) I guess its called. Should I be concentrating in learning one way over the other, or just practice both, or is there benefit to learn one way before the other?

Looking for some prot. gear in southern Ont..

I was wondering if anyone has come across some protective gear in any shops in southern ontario, mainly looking for tailbone protection, I know I could grab stuff online but if I can get it here I would rather do that then pay 30 bucks for shipping. I'm looking for the crashpads or those azzpadz anything like that..

Waxing a new board...

Hi, Just picked up my first board, got a question about waxing. Does it need to be waxed right away or do I have to ride it a couple of times before waxing it. Its a deuce btw, don't know if that makes a difference.
