Hey Guys, i should have posted this last weekend, but ive been very lazy. My last board broke last sunday at cypress mountain. There was a screw sticking out of the box and it just shreded the board straight down to the core. So as a replacement I went and picked up a nice new '07 forum Youngblood. I had my first night on it last night at grouse mountain. It was the greatest feeling ever! The board has the most perfect flex and feel I have ever felt. I can pull any spin and it makes every landing feel cushy and smooth. Since the board seemed to be holding up much better than my last one I decided to attempt a 450 on one of those little side hits that get built into the sides of a table top, just for fun. So i went for it, spun the 450 pretty clean, but didnt manage to fully land it. I didnt fall but i did drag my hands when I landed. My only complain so far with the board is that its base seems to be quite soft. I did not go over any rocks or sharp object and I alreay have two moderate scratches across the base. Whatever, heading to whistler next weekend for my long weekend, should be pretty epic. I've had nothing but good days so far up there this year. Ill post pictures of my trashed board sometime soon.
Peace!
