Yea so I joined this trampoline class 1st class was pretty sweet jumpin of the mini  tramps onto mats, doin flips and spin then we start jumpin over a mat well I di it a bunch of times the once i don't make it far enough and land right on top and fly back onto the tramp slammin the metal bar into my spine from 6 ft or so high, knocked the wind outta me a person with a lesser back would have a broken back.

 

Lucky I am.

 

Stoked on the class though good preseason training.
