Here you'll see some entries on a weekly basis. I don't have time or will to do it daily.

Last weekend i went to Les 2 Alpes to the "Mondial du Snowboard".. where you could test all the hard gear (boards, bindings) and some soft gear (boots, clothing, goggles, etc.). We went only for 1 day, but the weather was great, sunny and nice temperature all day long. And the snow conditions were better than expected. After snowboarding for the whole day, we stayed to watch Burton's "Highway to Rail" contest, there were some pretty sick riders out there. Anyway, nice first day of riding of the season.. i hope there are some more like this one coming.
Can't wait to go back to Les 2 Alpes! I'm hoping to go back soon.

Ok.. i got back from the french alps, i went to Les 7 Laux, it was awesome, great views, sunny day, backcountry pow, my legs are killing me after all the hiking we did. Specially since we found a kicker in the middle of a powder desert and we hit it the rest of the afternoon.
It's snowing today, and they said it's going to again on Saturday, great timing, since i'm going to Les 2 Alpes (french alps again) this coming weekend.
And hopefully, after that, to Andorra. I still gotta plan that trip though..

So.. back from Argentina, it's been really hot down there, too bad i didn't have the time to go to the beach (4 hrs. away) and do some surf. I was too busy visiting friends and family. Anyway, hope to get to Andorra pretty quickly, and after the French Alps. I'm gonna go back to Switzerland soon too! That's what's up here..

I've seen american newspapers and news shows about what was going on recently with the fires in France, and let me tell you, it's nothing like that at all. Of course, the media likes to make it bigger than it appears and then there's the rivalry in between France and USA.
All my family in USA thought i wasn't gonna make it, but there wasn't a single car, building, etc. that was burned where i live (Lyon). Of course, in the suburbs, where poorer people live and in not-so-great conditions was where it happened. I agree with them, they should be inserted in society like anybody else, but because they look arabian or have an arabic last name nobody wants to deal with them, give them a job or rent an apartment to them. From my point of view it's everybody's fault, for french people to discriminate against them, even though most of them were born in France. And it's the guys (that felt discriminated against, etc.) fault too, because they choose to stick with their "own" instead of trying to adapt or live a regular life. Because of a few, people have a bad impression of them (very rude and impolite, treat women like inferiors, lazy, etc.). They need to prove them wrogn, that's why i said they need to adapt. The french government does a lot for them but they don't fully take advantage of it.
