I'm doing a lot better than I was last week!  My friend is out of the hospital and home and just a few migranes and soreness.  I'm leaving Chicago on Friday for home...phew...yeah!!

Honestly, I haven't had any recent adventures.  Just been at the house, and having friends over.  We have been riding pretty much non stop when it isn't frozen tundra, and some days when it was.
 
I am leaving for the first time to go do a short tour as a favor for a friend, and I'm pretty excited about it.  It means cutting my season short, but its really an honor that he asked me.
 
What about you?  Hows things your way?  still coaching?

Update?  I'm in chicago for the summer, then back to NY or Pa depending.  Or at least that's the plan this week.  Who knows, I'm just going ya know, on lack of sleep and mild depression.  It's really not as tragic as it seems.
 
Sounds like you had a really amazing weekend.  Was that your first time ww rafting or something?  hahaha  Falling in the water sucks, I've never done it, seems like I'm always the middle man trying to hold on to whomever is out front!!

yepper, my board is all snug for the summer too.  It's kind of sad, it's actually very sad considering the snow and cold that are still very much present! 

And yes, it's 5am, so no, no sleep yet really.  Guess you'd better start thinking of something else then..lol
