About Me 

Our program is composed of 3 phases (beginner, intermediate, advanced). which are than broken down into 2 categories ( pre season training and season training). Those 2 categories are than broken down into 7 components (flexibility, balance, core, muscle endurance, muscle strength, Cardiovascular, vertical). We have taken what we have learned through our education and snowboard experience to build a  program that can be changed to meet the needs, abilities, interests and limitations of the clients.

We have done workshops at the Deerhust Resort with High Schools, and private sessions with other clients.

We work with a wide variety of clients, from individuals learning for the first time, families who are going away on a weekend (or week) vacation to a resort to athletes who want to improve on a specific aspect of their style.

Hey Guys,
 
I appoligize to everyone who has e-mailed, called us etc who had questions. me and the guys just got back from blue, it was pretty good had a wicked session. this weekend we are going to head down to Holiday and check out you americans. We have been really busy getting the workshops organized, a website made, and all of that fun stuff. But like always feel free to e-mail us.
